Moroccan Chicken and Chick Pea Tajine


Chunks of chicken breast marinated in assorted herbs and spices. Slow cooked with ginger, tumeric, cumin seeds, paprika, cracked black pepper, finely chopped onions and garlic, chick peas and golden sultana’s. Finished with a dash of locally sourced honey, chopped coriander and lemon zest.
