British Black Pudding


A traditional blood sausage with sauteed white onion, pearl barley, oats, pork fat, allspice, mace, ground coriander, a little ground ginger, black and white pepper, and sea salt. 5-7 pieces in a pack.
Cooking instructions; defrost, pan fry with a dash of oil in a good quality pan.
